Midwife-Led Antenatal Classes: Empowering You for Parenthood These midwife-led antenatal classes are designed to equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills you need to embark on your parenting journey. These sessions offer a supportive environment where you can ask questions, share concerns, and connect with other expectant parents. What You’ll Learn: 1. Birth Preparation Understand the stages of pregnancy and birth. Explore natural and medical pain relief options. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to stay calm and focused. Prepare for a variety of birth scenarios, empowering you to make informed choices. 2. Labour Care Recognise early signs of labour and when to seek care. Understand your rights and preferences for your birthing plan. Discover how your birth partner can actively support you. Gain insight into post-birth care for you and your baby. 3. Newborn Care Master the essentials of caring for your newborn, including feeding, bathing, and soothing techniques. Learn about newborn sleep patterns. Receive practical tips on recognising and responding to your baby’s needs. Explore strategies for self-care and adapting to life as a new parent. Cancellation Policy
At Nest and Nurture, we understand that it may be necessary for you to cancel the course with us. We ask that in order for you to have a refund of the course cost, minus an admin fee of £12, that you give 14 days notice. If you need to cancel with up to 7 days notice, you will get a partial refund of 50% of the course cost, minus an admin fee of £12. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, then the fee of the course will not be refunded, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
